Job Description
Cardrain Farm Inc. is looking for experienced Farm Workers to join their team! The candidate will be accountable for facilitating all aspects of crop production, including planting, weeding, fertilizing, harvesting, and packing. The candidate will have to carry out physical labor such as lifting heavy loads, bending, stooping, kneeling, standing, walking, climbing stairs, etc. The candidate will have to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a drug test
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for 8 hours straight
- Good communication skills, no specific education diploma is needed
- Experience working in farming or related field preferred
