The company is now looking to hire a full-time and well-competent security supervisor for one of its offices in Dubai. The candidate applying for the position should be physically fit with no disability. You will be responsible for moving around tirelessly to different corners of the hotel all the time. Moreover, the candidate should be active enough to uptake and grasp a situation in order to initiate appropriate actions for the security of the place. Also, you need to be mentally robust and should also be able to undergo sustained hard work under tough and tiring work conditions.
Job Requirements
- Two years of relevant experience
- Should be bachelor passed
- Should have a sense of urgency
Job Responsibilities
- Deploy all the security guards during the shift
- Inspect the entry and exit of the materials, personnel, stores, and vehicles at the commencements of your duty
- Periodically monitor serviceability of firefighting equipment in the hotel
- Create Periodic rounds of sentry posts to monitor alertness and compliance of the standing orders
- Efficiently manage and supervise the Security Guards during your shift
- Train Security Guards in all laid down drills
- Control all procedures related to safety & security standards in the hotel
- Update and maintain all training records directed by the director
- Maintain Liaison with all the local police stations, nearest hospitals, and fire stations.
- Act as Liaison between the Security Department Administration when the director of security is absent
- Point out all the faults in any equipment to engineering and ensure fault rectification
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of all the security-related equipment in the department
- Notify directors about any security breach by any associate within the hotel
- Should be accountable for the happenings in your shift
